4Offline Recorded Video Sessions
Since we currently operate an online platform that caters exclusively to foundation school students, I propose the development of offline recorded video sessions to expand our reach and address accessibility challenges. This solution will be especially beneficial in situations where onsite students have official engagements outside the city during a session, undergraduate students are on a short school break, or when students require revision or supplementary academic support. By offering offline access to learning materials, we can ensure continuous, flexible learning for all students, regardless of their location or schedule.

5Physical Libraries in Churches
Encourage group churches to have physical libraries, no matter how small, to encourage a reading culture among the Foundation School students. Here, they will have access to physical copies of books, which they can read and return. This will also encourage them to purchase the materials as a result of the impact of the library books they have read. For students who do not have phones or the right kind of device to download our apps, the physical library will give them access to the materials and enhance the knowledge received during their classes, which will help with the assignments.

6Foundation School Nuggets Bank
Introduction To enhance the accessibility and application of messages and training sessions of our dearest man of God Rev Dr Chris Oyakhilome Dsc Dsc DD and the director of the Loveworld Foundation School, Esteemed Pastor Lanre Alabi, we propose the establishment of a "Nuggets Bank." This platform will serve as a repository for key insights and messages preached by our pastor, allowing stakeholders to easily access and utilize these nuggets. Additionally, the nuggets will be produced in print formats, such as stickers for branding and T-shirts, creating opportunities for monetization. Objectives • Centralized Access: Provide a platform for stakeholders to log in and extract relevant nuggets from past teachings and trainings. • Promote Engagement: Encourage the application of teachings in daily life through easily accessible content. • Monetization Opportunities: Generate revenue by producing and selling printed materials featuring the nuggets. Implementation Plan 1. Nuggets Collection • Curate a comprehensive collection of impactful nuggets from past and future training sessions. • Collaborate with the Esteemed Director to ensure the authenticity and relevance of the content. 2. Platform Development • Create a user-friendly online platform where stakeholders can register and log in to access the Nuggets Bank. • Implement a search and filter feature to help users find specific nuggets based on themes or topics. 3. Print Format Production • Design visually appealing stickers featuring selected nuggets. These nuggets can be used to brand our church facilities, classrooms, t-shirts and even stickers for cars and homes. • Liaise with the department SBO for production and distribution. 5. Monetization Strategy • Consider subscription models for premium access to exclusive content or features on the platform. 6. Feedback and Improvement • Establish a feedback mechanism to gather input from users regarding the platform and the nuggets. • Use feedback to continuously improve content and user experience. Conclusion The Nuggets Bank will empower our foundation school community by providing easy access to powerful teachings while creating opportunities for stakeholders’ engagement and revenue creation for the department. By transforming Esteemed Director’s messages into accessible nuggets, we can foster a deeper connection with our faith and encourage the practical application of spiritual principles in the life of our teachers and stakeholders. Examples of Some Nuggets • The foundation school is not only necessary; it is COMPULSORY. • Everyone must be given the foundation training in the gospel. • They have to know what the teachings of Christ and the teachings of the apostles are. • The MANDATE is not just to WIN SOULS but to DISCIPLE them. • If every single EXISTING MEMBER of a church brings A SOUL into the foundation school, the church will DOUBLE on the GRADUATION DAY. • Foundation School is to help our FIRST TIMERS understand OUR VISION and MISSION, and to see their DEFINITE ROLE in them. • To PRESERVE every ELIGIBLE FIRST TIMER OR NEW CONVERT in church and successfully TRANSIT A SOUL SAVED into a SOUL WON. • Dear soul winners, the foundation school is not a SOUL DUMPING SITE. It’s a place of PARENTING; a responsibility of BOTH the teachers and YOU. • If your SOUL is not in foundation school, the JOB is not DONE! INNOVATOR: Pastor Joy Johnson Ubuwere

8Ensuring Student Compliance with Additional Study Materials
How to make students comply with the additional study materials of each class (read the books and listen to the messages) The Foundation School faculty of the Church should have all the books and messages in sufficient quantity, like a library or stand. The books/messages are not to be sold but given to students to read and return by the next class. This will commit them to return. Students should summarize what they learnt from the messages/books before the next class begins.

10Strengthening Foundation School for First-Timers and New Converts
Introduction The Foundation School is a vital platform for establishing new converts and first-timers in the Word of God. To ensure maximum participation and spiritual growth, the following strategies are proposed to make the school more accessible, impactful, and inspiring. Proposed Strategies Effective Introduction of Foundation School • First-timers and new converts should be given a clear introduction to the Foundation School immediately after their first service. • Emphasis should be placed on the benefits of attending, including spiritual growth, deeper understanding of God’s Word, and active integration into church life. • Where possible, encourage them to begin the same day or at the next scheduled class. Flexible Training Options • Online Training: Organize virtual sessions for individuals with busy schedules due to work, family, or social commitments. • In-House/Office Training: Teachers can conduct personalized classes in the homes or offices of those willing to host such sessions. • These flexible options can gradually build systematic cells that foster community and discipleship. Transportation Assistance • Provide transport arrangements for students who are unable to attend due to distance or transportation costs. Foundation School Graduation • Make graduation ceremonies colorful and celebratory, creating excitement that inspires others who have not yet attended to do so. • Position graduation as a milestone worth aspiring to, enhancing commitment and participation. Student Growth & Development • Exceptional students should be given opportunities to conduct demo teachings in lower classes, preparing them for future roles as teachers. • Introduce incentives such as ministry materials or other small gifts for outstanding students. Encouragement & Recognition • Acknowledge the efforts of students for their presence and active participation. • At the close of every class: • Announce the date, time, and venue of the next class. • Express genuine eagerness to see them in attendance again. Follow-Up on Absentees • Any student who is absent should be reached out to immediately. • Teachers should show concern, pray with them, and emphasize that their absence was deeply felt in the class. Learning Resources • Convert Foundation School materials into audio formats (audiobooks, recordings, or podcasts). • This enables students to learn while driving, commuting, or multitasking. • The use of repetition through audio reinforces learning, ensuring deep and lasting impressions of the Word. Conclusion By implementing these strategies, the Foundation School will not only be more accessible and engaging but also serve as a strong foundation for building committed, well-taught members. This approach will strengthen discipleship, improve retention of new converts, and foster greater growth within the church. INNOVATOR: Sis. Beltine Zoe

11Innovation: Closing Gaps Between Enrollment, Class 1 and Class 2
Closing up the gap between enrollment and class 1, and the gap between class 1 and class 2 Provision of study materials for students (including compressed manual) and some of Pastors books for assignments. Foundation School should step in and make available these materials for the students, by subsidizing the rates of these materials to make it affordable for them. The materials should be made available in class by the teachers and presented to the students. This can commence with immediate effect. Support tutorials can be created for the students. Audio recorded teachings for churches without teachers or new churches that are far away from other churches to capture and cater for the percentage of students through the lecture videos, who can't be available for physical and online classes at the scheduled time. Audio recordings can be planned. Lecture videos can be created and the links sent to the students to watch the videos at any time suitable for them within a specified timeframe, with questionnaires at the end of each video to ensure they participated, and examination can be conducted on the basis of that at the end of the whole exercise. How: Firstly, competent teachers who are well grounded in the various subjects should be assigned to make the videos, with all the necessary support required accorded them. Secondly, the videos should be within 45mins–1hr max. Thirdly, the videos should be done in a way it can be streamed and downloadable for easy sharing. Projecting of visual teaching aids, projection of notes on screen: It is generally construed that we think in pictures, that's why people love movies and are always captivated by it. So projecting of lecture contents via screens in class will get the students' attention, increase their attention span, cause them to participate in the class and enhance their ability to comprehend what they are taught in class.

12Reducing Drop-off Between Enrollment and Class 2
Provide compressed manuals, Pastor’s books, audio teachings, and project class notes to sustain engagement.

13Achieving 100% Adoption of Class Assignments by Students
How to ensure and achieve 100% adoption of students doing their Class Assignments Observations made from students: • Lack of self-motivation and goals • Lack of a good support system • Lack of materials • Not having the technical know-how • Time factor • Lack of interest What should be done: • Inclusion of incentives for students with 100% submission of assignments • Recognition of students with 100% submission of class assignments • A special prayer of blessing • Clear communication of the assignments given • Recognition of students with special learning abilities • Recognizing students with special engagements (e.g., work-related) • Inform the students of the purpose of the assignments given to them • Help students set goals and be self-motivated The how (Step by step implementation and timelines): • Submission of assignments: A free ministry material to be given in the next class • Recognition of students with 100% submission of class assignments: Teachers inform the Principal of the exceptional student at the end of the class, and the Principal in turn announces and gets all students to applaud such one • A special prayer of blessing: The whole class prays for the student(s) that did their assignment(s) • Teacher asks questions repeatedly and gets the students to respond in the affirmative to confirm that they understood the assignment • Recognition of students with special learning abilities: Students who are unable to read should be helped with interpretation and offered verbal options for the assignment • Recognizing students with special engagements (e.g., work-related): Some students might have tight work schedules and should be encouraged to do their assignments in class before going home or just before the next class begins • Inform the students of the purpose of the assignments given to them: This helps them appreciate that doing their assignment is a form of growth and part of their formation • Help students set goals and be self-motivated: This will change their mindset and how they approach their assignments

20Establishing Parent-Teacher Association (PTA), Innovation 2: Alumni Network for the Foundation School, and Innovation 3: Foundation School Mentorship Platform
Introduction To enhance Foundation School Operations, we propose the establishment of a Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) and an Alumni Network. These initiatives aim to foster collaboration, mentorship, and continuous support for both current students and graduands. Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) • The PTA will serve as a collaborative platform where parents (Soul winners) and teachers can work together to support the spiritual and educational journeys of students. The Foundation School should not be viewed merely as a soul dumping site; it is a nurturing environment where both teachers and parents (soul winners) share responsibility for the spiritual growth of new converts. We will establish a PTA that meets regularly to discuss the progress of new members and ensure they are firmly rooted in Christ. All cell leaders will be encouraged to participate in this association to enhance their ability to support the souls they bring into the ministry. Foundation School Alumni Network • To facilitate the integration of graduates into the ministry’s workforce, we will create an Alumni Network. This will include biannual conferences to gather feedback from alumni regarding their experiences since graduation. We will also develop a platform for ongoing mentorship, allowing graduates to stay connected and continue their spiritual growth. Student Mentorship Program • Students Mentorship Platform: We will establish a dedicated platform on Kingschat for all students currently enrolled in the Foundation School, providing ongoing mentorship and guidance until they graduate and become valuable assets to the ministry. This will ensure a continuous support system, fostering their development and engagement within the Loveworld nation. We send them ministry materials eg. Rhapsody of realities daily to build their faith, send them short messages by the man of God they can listen to and share to their friends and families, notify them of upcoming programs in the Zone or ministry level, remind them of church services and programs, inspire them to win souls and to actively participate in their local assemblies. Conclusion The establishment of a Parent-Teacher Association and an Alumni Network for the foundation school will create a cohesive community that supports students, parents, and alumni alike. By fostering collaboration, mentorship, and continuous engagement, we can enhance the spiritual and educational experiences of all involved, ensuring a thriving ministry and building a global workforce for the Loveworld Nation. 22Foundation School Refresher Classes & 24/7 Virtual Assistance Office
1. To strategically plan for the commencement of Foundation School Refresher Classes for Foundation School Alumni. Given the Review of the Foundation School Manual, so they keep abreast with the revised edition and consequently upgrade their knowledge. 2. Let's also set up a 24/7 Virtual Assistance office. Where we could follow up on teachers, students and performance real time online. Here, We would have a website that's host free or better still a kingschat community. Where all foundation school related issues can be attended to live and it runs for 24hrs. We would set up a link either via a live chat group or using kingschat resources to attend to our matters.

26Training Videos for Cell Leaders
1. Just like the training or tutorial videos we already have on the LWFS portal for Principals and Teachers, we should have a tutorial/training video for the cell leaders too as stakeholders in FDS to help accelerate the work. 2. In doubling the FDS graduation, the ceremony can be a major outreach in the Zone. Instead of giving only the students invitation cards to invite their guests/souls, the whole Zone can be involved with the Foundation School organising it in collaboration with cell ministry.

30Retention of Students Who Finish Classes Within 7 Weeks
How to deal with students who finish their classes within the first 7 weeks in any new quarter? How do we prevent churn and keep them integrated? Our first suggestion that the LWFS Directorate should consider more than one graduation cycle in a quarter to increase opportunity for 100 percent conversion. To increase graduating number commensurate to the FTS and NCs within the quarter. Ensuring that students who finish their classes within first 7weeks of a new quarter become members of the church in deed and actions. This will reduce the waiting time, prevent drop-off, and preventing unwanted circumstances that deter them for graduation. A. Our first suggestion would require the approval of the esteemed LWFS Director. B. Hold graduation for those who finish classes within the 1st 7 weeks in 2 cycles. The how (Step by step implementation and timelines): - Seek approval for more than one graduation cycle. - Upon approval, Secure a date with our highly esteemed zonal director/zonal operations. - Collaborate effectively with FTM and Cell ministry to make good this opportunity. - Plan graduation accordingly with a view to give the zone greater advantage. B. Encouraging integration in church activities Steps that can be implemented by Foundation School to bridge the retention gap include: a. After-school projects, assignments, trainings/seminars such as how to setup healing centers, code rabah outreaches, prayer outreaches, invitational outreach targets for the church or cell. These will count in the students final assessment. Responsibility: Teacher and Post Implementation Coordinator. Timeline: 7-9weeks b. The students will be inspired and mandated to belong to cells and be active before they finish classes. The teacher is expected during the 7weeks of classes to intermittently ask if all students present are in cells. If some are not, escalate to the post Implementation coordinator to fix them into cells and keep track of the cells. Responsibility: Teacher and Post Implementation Coordinator. Timeline: 7-9weeks b. Create Kingschat group that includes students and cell leaders. Daily engagement with ROR, HTTN snippet, PDCL postings and ministry announcements can be made here and the students are encouraged to be active in the group chats. Timeline: 7-9weeks. Responsibility: Post Implementation Coordinator c. Require cell leaders to give weekly FS report of cell members that are in FS. This can form a criteria for awarding best cell or fellowship of the quarter during graduation ceremony. Timeline: 7-12 weeks. Responsibility: Post Implementation Coordinator in conjunction with PFCC d. The students can join admin/teaching community of FS and join activity group in church e.g. ushering, choir etc or form evangelism groups and report their weekly activities of soul winning. Timeline: 7-11 weeks (this can be kickstarted from Class 4 once the students are taught Soulwinning and Evangelism). Responsibility: Post Implementation Coordinator e. Get support of First timers ministry to visit these students and give independent assessment and report of their spiritual well-being during this period. Timeline: From week 7 or once the student attends class 7 and takes exams. Responsibility: Church/Group Principal in conjunction with Firsttimers Ministry and Post Implementation Coordinator

31Creating Real-Time Visibility of the Foundation School
How to Create Visibility of the Foundation School in real time * All Groups and subgroups to achieve 100 percent implementation of the FS structure which provides for effective communication * Play FS promo in as many church services and zonal leaders and platforms as often as possible. * Use students’ journey in all formats to communicate the impact and importance of Foundation school * Implement a real-time report platform that shows performance to all stakeholders – the ZD, Group Pastors and make inputs regularly * Recognitions to cells, churches, groups and individuals * Set up quarterly session and graduation committee * Make schedule of liaising with service providers along with the calendar for the session * Deploy schedule * Request timely and frequent accountability on deliverables from stakeholders * Determine cut off dates for important events that are a determinant or deterrent of excellent outcomes * Make budgets and funding early from beginning of session and avoid last minute
