An understanding of the Word

I never liked Christ Embassy church because I felt the level was too high for me. Even when I attended service the first day, I made up my mind not to come back. But when my teacher taught about the New Creation, she said something that caught my attention and changed my mindset for life. She said as a new creation, I have been made in the image and likeness of God, which means I have the ability to do the things God does, and I can change the course of my life through my mouth and by renewing my mind. That day, I made up my mind that Christ Embassy will be my church. I have been to over four churches searching for a place I can call home. What I heard in Foundation School, I have never heard before. And as a result of Foundation School, I can now understand God’s Word when it is being preached in church. I also want to thank my Foundation School teacher, for opening my eyes to see the importance of tithing and the numerous benefits that come with it, and for encouraging me to grow in the Spirit. My encouragement to the brethren, is to enroll in Foundation School because it is a place for growth, and it will help you know your purpose in the body of Christ.
