This 1st quarter we enrolled 189 inmates into Foundation School. 75 of them were initially qualified for graduation, and then all of a sudden, the number dropped to 59. “When we asked the welfare Officer, we were told that they have been all released. Indeed, the Word is working. We have enrolled new ones immediately.
